New to virtual assistants? Here's everything you need to know before getting started with 3PVA.

Senior Virtual Assistant (SVA)

Virtual assistants with extensive executive and administrative experience. Senior VAs serve as your primary point of contact and liaison on every 3PVA Service Plan. They're the ones running the show.

Virtual Assistant (VA)

Executive and administrative assistants who perform office duties remotely via web or mobile. Unlike a traditional in-person assistant, your VA works entirely online — no desk, no commute, no overhead.

Specialized Virtual Assistant

VAs with non-administrative skills who specialize in more specific actions — such as web design, graphic design, legal filings, e-notary services, and more. When your needs go beyond general admin, Specialized VAs step in.

Service Plan

Service Plans define the duties of your VA team, the monthly hours available, and the cost — so you always know exactly what you're getting, for how long, and for how much. No surprises.

User (Client)

Any purchaser of a 3PVA Service Plan. Each plan has a defined number of authorized users — the people on your team who are permitted to submit task requests to your VA.

Task

Any duty performed by your SVA, VA, or Specialist that falls within the scope of your current Service Plan. Tasks are the unit of work — from managing your inbox to coordinating a property inspection.

Task Request

Any message sent by a Client to their designated 3PVA Senior VA requesting a task be completed within their Service Plan scope. Submit via phone, email, or SMS — each message should contain one clearly defined task for the fastest turnaround.

Speedy Response Time

Our commitment to you: SVAs respond to Task Requests within 30 to 60 minutes during business hours, with task completions delivered within 24 hours (1–4 task completions per 24-hour window).

Hard Review System

Our internal quality standard that ensures all tasks returned to the Client are 100% accurate and to the Client's satisfaction. Every deliverable goes through a review process before it reaches you — because good enough isn't good enough.
